Simultaneous Chess Games - 1000 boards
Belgrade Chess Federation is organizing Simultaneous Chess Games on 1000 boards.
This spectaculare event will be played in Knez Mihailova street and Belgrade Fortress.
All interested citizens will have chance to play game with the best Serbian chess players.

Robert James Fischer (March 9, 1943 - January 17, 2008), the 11th World Champion (1972-1975) has passed away on the 17th of January, 2008 in Iceland.

XXII Friendly Chess Match between USSR and Yugoslavia teams took place 8th-9th November 2007 at the Central Chess Club of Moscow, Russia. The USSR won 11-9 by virtue of a 6-4 win on day one, day two was tied.

Summer Chess School 2007
In cooperation with Chess Federations (Belgrade, Central Serbia, Vojvodina and Kosovo and Metohija) the Serbia Chess Federation organized Summer Chess School.
The Summer Chess School was held on July 25th - August 14th in Zlatibor (Cigota Institute Hotel).
School attended children from Serbia, Spain (Canary Islands) and Russia (Orel).
